Coordinates marketing and communications activities for ZOLL’s BLS/Public Safety division. Develops promotional, educational, digital, social media, event, and sales materials; supports campaigns, conferences, budgets, approvals, stakeholder communications, presentations, and public safety tenders. Ensures marketing collateral is accurate and compliant while managing multiple projects and supporting marketing leadership. The fixed-term role targets fire, police, EMS, ambulance, and other public safety audiences.

Provides administrative support to Quality, Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Service teams across ANZ. Responsibilities include maintaining SOPs and forms, scheduling meetings and compliance activities, supporting audits, preparing presentations, arranging travel, processing expenses and invoices, ordering supplies, coordinating events, and assisting with vendor communications and special projects.
