Own Zip’s Expected Credit Loss and loss forecasting processes, including monthly production, quarterly parameter monitoring, methodology, scenario and variance analysis, back testing, controls, automation, and audit support. Analyze portfolio performance, delinquency, and write-offs to produce clear recommendations for Credit Risk and Finance stakeholders. Improve data governance, analytical code, forecast accuracy, and explainability while supporting bad debt initiatives and exploring AI-enabled improvements.

Own commercial intelligence and performance management across Customer & Revenue. Build KPI frameworks, reporting cadences, forecasts, strategic models, scenario analyses, and executive narratives that guide prioritization and investment. Investigate performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities; define measurement approaches; improve data quality; and influence senior stakeholders across Commercial, Data, Marketing, Product, and Finance.

Provide L2/3 operational support for enterprise IT platforms, endpoints and infrastructure. Engineer, maintain and automate Microsoft, Apple and cloud workplace technologies; monitor system health, resolve incidents, implement long-term fixes, document standards, run projects and mentor junior analysts while partnering with security and People Ops.

Design, build and scale production-ready AI capabilities and applications using Python and modern cloud tech. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, observable, and responsible AI solutions, mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and ensure operational excellence across AI platforms.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Zip’s Agentic Commerce and Tokenisation products. Lead experimentation across AI-led shopping and agent-initiated payments, validate opportunities, and develop secure customer-facing capabilities. Partner with merchants, payment providers, platforms, networks, and internal Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and Payments teams. Define OKRs, use data to guide prioritization, manage risk, and drive commercial growth through emerging commerce channels.

Own the discovery, prioritization, experimentation, delivery, and adoption of internal agentic AI products at Zip. Identify workflows where AI can improve effectiveness, efficiency, and quality; partner with Data & AI to build scalable solutions; redesign processes; measure outcomes; and embed responsible AI controls. The role requires strong product management, systems thinking, stakeholder influence, experimentation, risk management, and practical knowledge of AI, automation, and agentic technologies.

Design, build and operate scalable security platforms for cloud and endpoints. Integrate and automate security tooling into CI/CD and cloud environments using IaC, APIs and scripting. Tune detections, implement guardrails and define security baselines while partnering with DevOps and platform teams to evolve Zero Trust and improve detection quality.

Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant partners across Victoria through account planning, relationship building, data-driven insights, in-person training, commercial negotiations, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue, adoption and long-term partnerships.

Lead strategy, roadmap and delivery for customer engagement and digital foundations products. Embed AI-enabled features, drive self-service and retention, partner with Engineering and Design, use data and experimentation to validate opportunities, manage risk and governance, and align stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable web and mobile experiences.

Provide pragmatic commercial and regulatory legal advice across product development, partnerships and transactions. Advise on Australian consumer credit, financial services and privacy law, draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, and partner with Product, Commercial and Compliance to operationalise compliant solutions. Manage external counsel and contribute to strategic initiatives.
