Maintain account documentation and ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed effectively.

Client-facing solution architect who leads discovery, scoping, design, estimation, build and optimisation of MarTech solutions across marketing automation, loyalty, CDP, data and integrations. Runs workshops, produces technical artifacts, designs identity/data/APIs/tagging solutions, supports delivery and pre-sales, and gets hands-on with implementation and testing.
