Own a portfolio of clients as their primary contact, driving campaign performance, retention, renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and account growth. Develop client growth plans, provide data-driven strategic recommendations, monitor KPIs, lead performance reviews and business meetings, and coordinate with Professional Services, Support, and Product teams. Maintain account documentation and ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed effectively.

Client-facing solution architect who leads discovery, scoping, design, estimation, build and optimisation of MarTech solutions across marketing automation, loyalty, CDP, data and integrations. Runs workshops, produces technical artifacts, designs identity/data/APIs/tagging solutions, supports delivery and pre-sales, and gets hands-on with implementation and testing.
