Provides senior-level application support for a payments and financial services platform. Responsibilities include handling escalated product issues, troubleshooting complex technical problems, coordinating incident response, monitoring applications, supporting releases, improving support processes through automation, documenting solutions, and partnering with engineering, QA, product, account management, and customer success teams. The role is primarily hands-on and includes on-call responsibilities.

Owns product adoption and growth marketing across payments, POS, and financial services products. Responsibilities include analyzing adoption funnels, developing positioning and messaging, leading go-to-market launches, building segmented lifecycle and cross-sell campaigns, optimizing paid and incentive investments, tracking ROI, and creating sales enablement materials. The role partners closely with Product, CRM, SEO, content, PR, paid media, social, design, sales, and account management teams, supporting global product marketing across Australia and the UK.

Qualify and convert inbound and marketing leads, prospect new merchants via calls, email and LinkedIn, conduct discovery, schedule handovers to Account Executives, maintain CRM records, and help optimise outreach playbooks to grow Zeller's SME customer pipeline.
