Leads and scales the outbound SDR function across APAC, initially focused on Australia. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, coaching, and developing SDRs; owning prospecting strategies, playbooks, sequences, and territory planning; monitoring KPIs and forecasting pipeline; and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, and Product to improve lead quality and SDR-to-AE handoffs. The role is fully remote within Australia.

Provides technical application support and testing by investigating, diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving software, data, and system issues. Uses SQL, logs, support tools, and documentation to analyze faults and validate fixes, configuration changes, and updates. Maintains support procedures and knowledge resources, collaborates with product and engineering teams, manages tickets within SLAs, and analyzes trends to improve resolution times, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
