Serve as a trusted technical advisor to accounting and bookkeeping practices. Partner with sales teams to scope solutions, design workflows, deliver tailored product demonstrations, guide cloud implementations and migrations, and support adoption. Translate complex requirements into scalable strategies, identify risks, resolve sales-cycle roadblocks, and share market insights with product and engineering teams.

Own the customer journey from initial contact through the first 90 days. Handle inbound leads, conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations, convert prospects, and guide small business owners through Xero setup and adoption. Lead individual and group onboarding sessions covering invoicing, bills, payments, and bank feeds. Manage a personal pipeline, meet conversion targets, and coordinate handoffs to ecosystem partners and customer success teams.
