Creates and maintains user and developer documentation for language technology products. Responsibilities include researching products, identifying documentation gaps, interviewing developers and users, planning updates, selecting documentation and translation tools, collaborating on product roadmaps, and supporting multilingual user communities. The volunteer participates in team meetings, conferences, and occasional travel while communicating effectively with technical and nontechnical audiences.

Supports multi-cloud infrastructure for software, fonts, and training tools serving minority language communities. Responsibilities include administering Kubernetes, managing public and private cloud environments, monitoring system health, improving infrastructure, testing disaster recovery plans, orchestrating cloud resources, and troubleshooting with development teams. The role also provides training and requires experience with virtual servers, containers, Linux and Windows administration, scripting, cloud networking and security, infrastructure as code, and automated provisioning.

Leads a software development team through the full product lifecycle, including user research, product strategy, roadmap planning, application development, testing, code reviews, documentation, team performance management, budgeting, partnerships, and user support. The role also manages Agile processes, reports metrics, develops funding proposals, and participates in conferences and periodic travel.
