Owns the full enterprise technology sales lifecycle across Victoria, including growing strategic accounts, acquiring new customers, building pipelines, leading discovery and proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing profitable opportunities. The role develops executive relationships, translates customer priorities into technology solutions, coordinates technical and delivery teams, manages partner engagement, and ensures effective sales-to-delivery handoffs. Success includes retention, account growth, qualified pipeline development, new-logo wins, accurate forecasting, and long-term customer partnerships.

Manages the end-to-end quote-to-cash lifecycle for complex technology transactions, including quoting, purchase orders, fulfillment, invoicing, payment coordination, reporting, and risk escalation. Coordinates customers, sales, finance, procurement, OEMs, distributors, and supply chain teams. Builds scalable workflows, trackers, and operating cadences while ensuring commercial compliance, accurate status reporting, and timely issue resolution.
