Teams at Workday

Leads public cloud strategy and go-to-market alliances with cloud service providers and hyperscalers across APAC. Develops regional growth plans, target markets, sales plays, solutions, enablement programs, and strategic collaboration initiatives. Partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Support teams to expand market opportunity, accelerate revenue, and achieve strategic milestones. Requires executive communication, partnership leadership, business development, and complex alliance management skills.

Supports Workday sales cycles as a Workforce Management and Payroll subject matter expert. Delivers product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, seminars, discovery sessions, proof-of-concept builds, and RFX responses. Develops solution designs and implementation specifications, addresses prospect questions, supports qualification and deal closure, and influences C-level HR leaders. Requires strong payroll and workforce management expertise, HCM technology knowledge, presentation skills, and willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.

Drive enterprise sales of Workday’s AI Talent Suite, including HiredScore and Paradox, alongside Workday Recruiting and Candidate Engagement. Generate and manage sales pipelines, build executive relationships, co-sell with core account executives, lead complex multi-stakeholder deals, position unified AI solutions, address data privacy and responsible AI concerns, and maintain accurate forecasts. The role requires deep HR technology expertise, platform-selling experience, and consultative selling skills.
