Drive enterprise sales of Workday’s AI Talent Suite, including HiredScore and Paradox, alongside Workday Recruiting and Candidate Engagement. Generate and manage sales pipelines, build executive relationships, co-sell with core account executives, lead complex multi-stakeholder deals, position unified AI solutions, address data privacy and responsible AI concerns, and maintain accurate forecasts. The role requires deep HR technology expertise, platform-selling experience, and consultative selling skills.

Lead Workday Student reporting workstreams for higher education customers across Australia and APAC. Gather requirements, design and test reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and discovery boards, and advise on reporting security, performance, data validation, and regulatory requirements. Partner with Student functional and technical consultants, troubleshoot reporting issues, document specifications and data lineage, and mentor junior consultants. Support enterprise implementations while evolving reusable reporting methodologies and libraries.

Drive net-new and customer-base expansion sales for Workday Adaptive Planning. Develop account strategies aligned with customer objectives, build long-term customer and channel-partner relationships, manage deals, identify opportunities with account executives, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data. The role requires selling cloud solutions to C-level executives, expertise in planning applications, high-velocity sales-cycle management, account planning, strategic positioning, and strong communication.
