The role involves designing and deploying reporting and analytics solutions for HCM using Workday tools, while mentoring team members and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Deliver post-go-live Workday consulting to drive feature adoption, tenant reviews, health checks, workshops, and accelerators. Engage customers to gather requirements, configure solutions, troubleshoot configurations, deliver presentations, and enable customers to be self-sufficient. Support multiple short-duration engagements, influence design decisions, and collaborate with engagement managers to maximize Workday value.
