Coordinate and support BIM workflows for large-scale data centre projects: set up models, enforce BIM standards, provide Revit technical support, develop templates/libraries, audit and clean models, populate asset data, automate workflows, deliver training, and document BIM processes.

Provide hands-on Level 1-3 IT support across desktops, servers, networking, Microsoft 365/Exchange, endpoint management, VDI/VMs, and LAN/WAN. Manage incidents, accounts, licenses, documentation, and deliver infrastructure projects while supporting end users and vendors.

Provide Level 2/3 IT support and helpdesk resolution, administer Exchange/MS365, troubleshoot software, hardware, servers, networking and security devices, manage assets and documentation, train end users, and collaborate with local/global teams on IT infrastructure projects. Role requires onsite flexibility across Sydney/Melbourne offices.
