Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple APAC mobility programs, technical implementations, and business initiatives. Coordinate Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support teams; maintain schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and change requests; facilitate governance and stakeholder communications; support customer handoffs and operational readiness; and improve delivery processes, playbooks, and standards.

Architect and implement scalable data platform capabilities and enterprise MDM features (identity resolution, golden records, matching). Build APIs, batch/streaming pipelines, validation, lineage, observability, and CI/CD. Use AI-assisted development and build AI-enabled data quality and automation features. Mentor engineers and lead cross-team technical direction.
