Lead internal collaboration across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams to resolve client challenges and deliver tailored solutions. Develop account plans, performance reporting, and growth roadmaps while using modern AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and customer outcomes.

Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the APAC Mobility business, connecting marketing investment to acquisition, retention, product adoption, revenue growth, and expansion. Oversee lifecycle marketing, go-to-market, product positioning, customer insights, brand, content, PR, partnerships, marketing operations, measurement, and AI-enabled ways of working. Build and coach a high-performing team while influencing stakeholders across a global matrix organization and raising marketing maturity across the region.

Architect and implement scalable data platform capabilities and enterprise MDM features (identity resolution, golden records, matching). Build APIs, batch/streaming pipelines, validation, lineage, observability, and CI/CD. Use AI-assisted development and build AI-enabled data quality and automation features. Mentor engineers and lead cross-team technical direction.
