Requires deep payments and terminal expertise, including ISO 8583, EMV, payment switches, firmware, and terminal fleet management.

Manage a portfolio of strategic Motorpass Key Accounts across Australia, driving account growth, cross-selling payment products, strengthening executive partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. Lead internal collaboration across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams to resolve client challenges and deliver tailored solutions. Develop account plans, performance reporting, and growth roadmaps while using modern AI-enabled tools to improve workflows and customer outcomes.
