Architect and implement scalable data platform capabilities and enterprise MDM features (identity resolution, golden records, matching). Build APIs, batch/streaming pipelines, validation, lineage, observability, and CI/CD. Use AI-assisted development and build AI-enabled data quality and automation features. Mentor engineers and lead cross-team technical direction.

Perform month-end close and reporting, prepare journals and reconciliations, manage balance sheet integrity, handle intercompany, treasury and fixed asset accounting, support statutory reporting and audits, assist AP/AR and cash management, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements and automation within finance.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes for Over-The-Road and Factoring businesses. Prepare and analyze income statements, forecasts, budgets, and board presentations. Partner with accounting, treasury, tax, and sales for deal modeling, M&A due diligence, and integration. Improve reporting through automation, produce management analyses, and identify financial risks and opportunities.
