Leads the design, operation, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of enterprise server, hosting, datacentre, edge, and Azure/AWS infrastructure. Manages a team of 10+ engineers, provides technical direction, oversees implementations and Level 3 incident resolution, drives automation and resilience, and contributes to infrastructure strategy, roadmaps, budgets, compliance, disaster recovery, and vendor management across a large multi-site environment.

Lead retail fuel pricing strategy across a multi-state portfolio, balancing volume, margin, customer value, and market competitiveness. Analyze complex datasets, competitor activity, wholesale costs, and market trends to guide pricing decisions. Prepare executive reports and dashboards, improve pricing systems and processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach Pricing Analysts. The role requires strong commercial judgment, advanced analytics, stakeholder communication, and experience in commercial analytics or revenue management.

Lead the development and implementation of consistent retail standards across Viva Energy Retail brands. Develop standards, readiness gates, checklists, sign-off requirements, and handover processes for new builds, conversions, and format changes. Coordinate project delivery, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, assurance, and continuous improvement across stores and support functions, embedding the processes into business-as-usual operations with clear governance and ownership.
