Leads workforce planning, labour optimisation, rostering standards, workforce analytics and productivity initiatives across a national retail network. Develops labour planning frameworks, dashboards and performance reporting; analyzes workforce and operational data; partners with operations, finance and people teams; and influences store and regional leaders to improve roster effectiveness, labour utilization and operational efficiency. Manages two direct reports and provides workforce planning governance and subject matter expertise.

The Operational Training Specialist coaches Area and Store Managers to deliver effective in-store training across a multi-site retail network. Responsibilities include developing train-the-trainer frameworks, tools, and resources; ensuring training governance and quality; supporting store openings and operational initiatives; identifying capability gaps; partnering with stakeholders; and driving continuous improvement in training effectiveness and operational performance.

Leads the operations training function across a national retail network, owning training strategy, capability frameworks, learning pathways, and design standards. Manages a central team and external content partner, applies adult learning and instructional design principles, partners with operations and field leaders to address capability gaps, and supports a store manager-led training model through practical blended learning.
