Lead change enablement for a major retail transformation: develop change strategy, assess readiness, design role-based guidance and training, drive adoption across frontline and corporate teams, support leaders, monitor adoption and risks, and transition initiatives into BAU with post-go-live stabilization.

Lead Technology & Digital business operations by driving governance, planning, executive reporting, workforce insights, and risk visibility. Partner with senior leaders to align portfolios, produce executive-level briefings, manage capacity planning, and improve delivery through tooling and disciplined reporting.

Lead and manage a 20-person refinery laboratory to ensure safe, accurate, and timely testing of hydrocarbon products. Maintain ISO 9001/17025 compliance, manage KPIs and P&L, oversee equipment maintenance, drive continuous improvement, and develop team capability while working with operations and commercial stakeholders.
