Lead technical pre-sales and solution architecture for modular and prefabricated data center infrastructure. Develop regional growth strategies, conduct architecture reviews and design workshops, build business cases (ROI/TCO), engage executives, ensure compliance and sustainability (PUE/WUE/LEED), mentor teams, and drive pipeline and revenue for hyperscale, cloud, colocation, AI, and enterprise customers.

Support the Senior Project Manager in planning and delivering projects: perform site inspections, maintain project plans and schedules, coordinate stakeholders and logistics, supervise commissioning and testing, manage issues and variations, handle reporting and payment claims, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and conduct post-project evaluations.

Manage and grow sales with small-to-medium contractors, channel partners and end users for power and thermal products. Prepare proposals, follow up on quotes/tenders, own revenue targets and pipeline, collaborate with pre-sales and internal teams, provide basic technical advice, and support market intelligence and process improvements.
