Support Senior Key Account Managers by managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining CRM records, assisting with RFQs, contract reviews, and bid management, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and identify growth opportunities.

Provide senior technical leadership for design of mission-critical power and thermal infrastructure across multiple projects. Own design strategy, governance, risk management, and technical handover; lead reviews, workshops and stakeholder interfaces; ensure compliance with standards, manage engineering risks, and support procurement, commissioning and delivery to meet client, commercial and operational requirements.

Manages national electrical service operations for key accounts, including UPS, DC systems, switchboards, transfer switches, generators, and rack outlets. Oversees maintenance, audits, load testing, contractors, SLAs, quotations, reporting, forecasts, customer meetings, and on-call coverage. Leads improvement projects, supports sales growth, ensures safety and quality compliance, and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders in a 24/7 critical-infrastructure environment.
