Lead Microsoft 365 transformation programs, including tenant-to-tenant migrations, M&A integrations, divestitures, and digital workplace transformations. Design architecture, coexistence, cutover, governance, security, and optimization strategies across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID. Provide technical leadership to engineering teams and customers, translate business needs into solutions, ensure delivery quality, and mentor consultants and engineers.

Lead technical delivery for an enterprise identity transformation using Okta Workflows and Okta Identity Governance. Design and implement joiner, mover, and leaver automation; access governance; provisioning integrations; identity data remediation; testing; migration; observability; and operational support. Provide principal-level technical leadership, stakeholder consulting, mentoring, and assurance across privacy, security, compliance, resilience, and auditability in a regulated health-sector environment.

Lead end-to-end organisational change management for complex technology and business transformations. Develop change strategies, assess impacts and readiness, engage executives and stakeholders, deliver communications and learning programs, establish change champion networks, and measure adoption and value realization. Provide trusted client advisory services, facilitate challenging discussions, manage risks and governance, and guide other change practitioners through transformation initiatives.
