Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, prioritization, validation, and traceability for a GRC project in an Australian Government environment. Translate business needs into delivery artefacts, coordinate architecture, testing, configuration, sprint planning, and documentation, and track project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies through the February 2027 MVP.

Designs, builds, and optimizes cloud-native data platforms, batch and real-time pipelines, and AI-powered data products using Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Azure. The role includes data architecture, governance, quality, observability, security, performance and cost optimization, infrastructure as code, and direct client collaboration. The engineer also contributes to technical design, estimation, delivery planning, and modern AI capabilities such as semantic search and RAG.

Lead Versent’s OutSystems capability by combining presales, architecture, enterprise delivery, and practice leadership. Conduct discovery workshops, design solutions, develop proposals and estimates, lead delivery through production, establish governance and delivery frameworks, mentor future hires, and strengthen the OutSystems partnership while engaging technical teams, business leaders, and C-level stakeholders.
