Lead design, build and optimisation of enterprise Privileged Access Management platforms (CyberArk and BeyondTrust). Configure PAM environments, develop governance frameworks, secure human and non-human identities, run customer workshops, own delivery from requirements to handover, and identify automation and operational improvements.

Drive renewals, adoption and growth of Microsoft 365 and AI solutions. Lead renewal negotiations, manage stakeholders, identify upsell opportunities, maintain forecasts, collaborate with sales, customer success and Microsoft, and improve processes to maximise customer value.
