The Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture will lead a team supporting pre and post sales processes, ensure technical excellence, and collaborate with sales leadership to grow business.

Resolve customer concerns, engineer solutions, and improve internal tooling while providing technical support across product areas like CDN and AI.

Serve as technical pre- and post-sales advisor for enterprise customers: design architectures for web and AI/Agentic workflows on Vercel, run evaluations and POCs, guide onboarding and migrations, optimize performance and cost, respond to security/compliance reviews, and produce reusable playbooks and developer-facing content.
