The Client Services Associate will respond to client inquiries, resolve complex issues, ensure timely deliverables, and support service improvements while maintaining knowledge of Vanguard's offerings.

Lead applied research and R&D for fixed income trading: design and deploy advanced ML and deep learning solutions, manage multidisciplinary research projects, build custom architectures, create OOS/simulation/backtest evaluation frameworks, and collaborate on quantitative trading workflows.

Support product positioning and analysis across equity, fixed income and multi-asset funds. Maintain competitor research, respond to product queries, prepare due diligence and product reviews, and contribute to thought leadership and content with marketing partners.
