Executes and oversees daily securities lending operations, resolves complex issues, maintains controls and management reporting, supports trading teams, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. The role also coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, documents procedures, supports risk mitigation and contingency planning, contributes to product launches, and participates in program initiatives and special projects.

Leads fund financial, sustainability, and regulatory reporting for Vanguard Super and Vanguard Australia. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements and APRA reports, interpreting regulatory and accounting requirements, managing reporting data governance and controls, coordinating audits and service providers, advising senior stakeholders, leading regulatory change workstreams, improving reporting through automation and analytics, and coaching team members.

Review and validate financial and regulatory reporting for managed funds and ETFs under Australian standards. Perform analytical reviews, resolve reporting exceptions, support distributions, liaise with auditors and custodians, maintain controls and documentation, and contribute to process improvements and implementation of regulatory and accounting changes.
