As a Technical Support Specialist, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, document solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction through necessary support efforts.

Act as the primary technical authority for ANZ sales: design CNAPP solutions, lead POCs and demonstrations, integrate Upwind into customers' cloud and CI/CD environments, educate stakeholders on cloud security best practices, and enable partners and account teams with technical collateral and training.

Drive enterprise adoption of Upwind Security's CNAPP across a defined Indian territory. Manage full sales cycle, build C-level relationships, deliver tailored demos with Sales Engineering, forecast in CRM, and represent the company at industry events while translating cloud-native security into business value.

The Customer Success Manager will manage customer relationships post-sale, drive adoption, ensure renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and lead success initiatives.

The Technical Account Manager will build customer relationships, ensure successful onboarding and deployment, and drive adoption of the Upwind platform.
