The Microsoft 365 Consultant will lead implementation and migration projects, customize solutions for clients, and maintain system performance while collaborating with teams to integrate Microsoft 365 with existing infrastructures.

Lead pre-sales solution shaping and client engagements for ServiceNow and related ITSM platforms. Develop PoVs, accelerators, migration playbooks, RFP/SOW responses, and deliver demos/workshops to drive pipeline, win deals, and support delivery.

Independently lead complex infrastructure projects across functions, engage client stakeholders to define and sell solutions, manage cross-functional teams, implement project management standards, and coordinate shared resources to address business and technical challenges.
