Teams at Twilio

Lead Twilio’s APJ Customer Success organization, managing Senior CSMs serving enterprise accounts. Coach and develop talent, oversee account health and platform adoption, drive retention and expansion, manage executive escalations, and build alignment with Sales, Services, Renewals, Support, Engineering, and Product. Refine regional customer success practices and go-to-market strategies while helping customers realize value from Twilio’s communications and customer data platform.

Own revenue growth, retention, cross-selling, and upselling across strategic public sector, healthcare, nonprofit, and higher education accounts in the APJ region. Develop territory and account plans, build executive relationships, generate multi-product pipeline, manage forecasts, work with partners and internal teams, and advocate for customer needs. The role also represents Twilio and Twilio.org in the region and requires approximately 30–40% travel.
