Lead quality engineering and end-to-end testing across platform value streams. Develop functional and non-functional test strategies, coordinate testing with release and environment schedules, execute exploratory, automated, progression, and regression testing, manage defects, standardize practices, maintain documentation, and mentor QA team members. The role requires extensive lead-level software testing experience, Agile and DevOps familiarity, Salesforce and Genesys expertise, cloud application testing, Playwright, AI-assisted testing, and mobile testing experience.
