Leads the Ludios studio’s complete people agenda, partnering with the CEO and leadership team on HR strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, organisational design, succession, culture, and capability development. The role drives practical HR initiatives, supports organisational scaling and change, advises on sensitive employee matters, and collaborates with Tripledot’s central HR teams to align studio practices with broader people strategy.

The Creative Producer will oversee the entire production process from concept to launch, manage creative formats, and collaborate with teams.
