Develop and maintain web-based trading applications, optimize front-end and back-end systems, build new modules, improve user experience, write tested and efficient code, provide Level 1 client support, document software, and scale websites. The role collaborates with web designers and requires familiarity with C++, JavaScript, and MongoDB, plus understanding of web application security, session management, cloud computing, SEO, and troubleshooting.

Supports project delivery by maintaining plans, schedules, and budgets; tracking progress, risks, and issues; facilitating meetings; coordinating stakeholders; preparing reports and presentations; and contributing to process improvements. Requires strong organization, communication, time management, teamwork, and proficiency with project management tools. A related bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with independence and willingness to learn.

Leads and grows a team of Sales Traders, develops revenue and sales strategies, achieves personal and team targets, manages KPIs and reporting, creates sales tools and dashboards, coaches staff, supports client relationships, and ensures sales excellence and compliance in financial services and trading products.
