The role collaborates with web designers and requires familiarity with C++, JavaScript, and MongoDB, plus understanding of web application security, session management, cloud computing, SEO, and troubleshooting.

Leads and grows a team of Sales Traders, develops revenue and sales strategies, achieves personal and team targets, manages KPIs and reporting, creates sales tools and dashboards, coaches staff, supports client relationships, and ensures sales excellence and compliance in financial services and trading products.

Manages accounting, financial administration, compliance, payroll, reconciliations, tax and superannuation obligations, staff records, ERP and CRM processes, regulatory liaison, governance reporting, grants, and internal compliance policies. The role also prepares financial reports, supports audits and regulatory requirements, and provides finance and compliance guidance across departments.
