The Cloud Engineer II will join the SRE team to improve service mesh and Kubernetes architecture across AWS and Azure environments. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining reliability tools, monitoring systems, analyzing metrics, troubleshooting performance issues, improving availability, reducing operational toil, and optimizing cloud costs. The role requires hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, cloud deployments, container diagnostics, Python or Shell scripting, and mature development and deployment practices.

Build and execute automated tests for enterprise web applications and APIs. Extend automation frameworks, develop configurable testing tools, simulate high transaction volumes, execute performance tests, document and verify defects, and collaborate with product engineers on testability. The role also involves analyzing technical solutions, researching testing technologies, supporting users, and preparing formal test plans, datasets, and configurations.

The Senior Software Engineer in Test builds and executes automated tests, develops testing tools, and collaborates on technical designs while ensuring system testability for the TraceLink platform.

Configure, test, and support the organization's Workday HCM platform. Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, maintain integrations, reports, security, and data integrity, manage release activities, and support HR initiatives like open enrollment and performance cycles.

Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based analytics applications for life sciences supply chain operations. Build scalable backend services, provide architectural guidance, write high-performance code, and collaborate with data scientists, architects, product teams, and QA. Contribute to product strategy, estimate and track complex initiatives, support Agile development, and participate throughout the software development lifecycle.

Lead strategy, implementation, and optimization of TraceLink's Workday environment. Act as product owner and SME, manage Workday team and projects, oversee integrations, data integrity, security roles, reporting and analytics, vendor relationships, and provide strategic HR/leadership counsel.

Design and oversee implementation of cloud-based, high-throughput applications on the Opus platform. Define architecture, write high-level designs, prototype solutions, ensure reliability/scalability/maintainability, identify platform gaps, collaborate with product and platform architects, and mentor junior engineers.

Serve as the global subject-matter expert for the OPUS platform, creating and governing messaging, knowledge artifacts, and LLM-ready frameworks to enable executive buyer conversations, field enablement, and AI-driven experiences. Partner cross-functionally to translate technical capabilities into business value, curate a canonical platform knowledge library, and design prompt/patterns for consistent AI interactions.
