Lead growth of non-ticket commercial revenue (advertising, sponsorship, ancillary products) for Australia/NZ. Manage partner relationships, design and execute digital campaigns, launch new products, drive client adoption, coach team members, report performance, oversee invoicing and develop partnership account plans to grow revenue against KPIs.

Manage and support strategic sport client partnerships to grow ticket sales and revenue. Coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver partnership plans, lead workshops, report insights, ensure SLA and ISO compliance, and maintain Salesforce while driving marketing and product initiatives to maximise event performance.

Lead the settlements team to prepare, allocate and reconcile event settlements across Ticketmaster/Moshtix for AUS/NZ. Manage client payments per contract, investigate ledger differences using SAP/Oracle, support month-end and audit compliance, build contract rules in DOMO/GSS for automation, drive process improvements, and liaise with commercial, operations and technology stakeholders.
