Requires Australian legal admission, at least five years’ post-qualification commercial law experience, excellent writing skills, strong technology capabilities, and independent workload management.

Leads the growth strategy, go-to-market execution, pricing, positioning, and adoption of CoCounsel Legal across the AEM region. Uses customer, competitor, and market insights to identify opportunities, align product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, develop partnerships, support retention, and track commercial performance through KPIs and business reviews.
