Lead delivery of the Hear Alert cochlear implant trial, managing ethics, participant recruitment, intraoperative and at-home electrophysiology data acquisition and QA. Provide neurophysiological expertise for protocol refinement, biomarker interpretation, publications, and industry reports. Mentor staff and students and coordinate multidisciplinary, multi-site collaboration with clinical and industry partners.

Coordinate the FightMND Resp-Ed project and support BEST Lab clinical trials: manage planning, governance, ethics, recruitment, assessments, data management, stakeholder engagement, evaluation, and dissemination of findings to improve respiratory care for people with neuromuscular and spinal cord conditions.
