Manage strategic relationships with universities and higher education institutions across Australia and New Zealand. Drive client retention, renewals, partnership growth, portfolio performance, and adoption of QS services. Develop account plans, conduct quarterly reviews, resolve client issues, present reports, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide strategic input to strengthen partnerships. Attend and speak at industry conferences and events, with interstate and international travel as required.
