Lead and manage a portfolio of carbon projects through Project Design, ensuring milestone delivery, stakeholder coordination, compliance, and investment-readiness. Support development of project PDDs and validation readiness, build business/financial capabilities, and dedicate 20% time to Business Incubator program design, curriculum, data management, budgeting, and reporting to prepare projects for investment and scaling.

Lead regional conservation strategy and delivery across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands; provide senior leadership to Country Directors, align programs with global priorities, drive fundraising and donor stewardship, build strategic partnerships and advisory board engagement, strengthen shared services and governance, and champion inclusive, culturally responsive organizational culture to scale conservation impact.

Lead needs assessments and stakeholder engagement to design a centralized conservation data system. Advise on technical platform options, collaborate with IT, produce reports and presentations, and drive adoption across portfolios. May lead project teams and support adaptive management through data strategy and implementation.
