Drives thought leadership, media visibility, speaking opportunities, digital channel strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Manages initiatives, budgets, vendors, and potentially staff while positioning the organization as an authority on climate- and nature-positive business outcomes.

Lead regional conservation strategy and delivery across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands; provide senior leadership to Country Directors, align programs with global priorities, drive fundraising and donor stewardship, build strategic partnerships and advisory board engagement, strengthen shared services and governance, and champion inclusive, culturally responsive organizational culture to scale conservation impact.

Coordinates conservation and protected-area projects across Indigenous Protected Areas, land acquisition, and private protected area pipelines. Maintains project, grant, and opportunity data; tracks milestones, approvals, due diligence, reporting, and compliance. Supports partner engagement, meetings, fundraising materials, communications, travel logistics, and process improvements. Manages multiple priorities, delivers assigned work independently, and provides structured operational support across teams and stakeholders.
