Teams at The National Archives

Work with multidisciplinary Agile teams to elicit, analyse and validate business and user requirements for digital archiving services. Design business processes, produce specifications, create process and data models, evaluate system gaps, support prioritisation, and communicate analysis to stakeholders to align products with strategic goals.

Plan, develop and deliver public events and talks (onsite, online and across the UK). Manage partnerships, budgets, schedules, risk, front-of-house operations and cross-team coordination. Support evening/weekend delivery and maintain operational records and customer service for programmes aimed at increasing audience reach and income.
