Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue through audience research, segmentation, multi-channel customer communications, events, agency management, sales enablement, and performance analytics. Collaborate with Sales and senior leaders and manage suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Lead and manage the courier application portfolio—including transport management and customer-facing systems—driving strategy, roadmaps, vendor management, integrations, security, performance, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
