Lead transformation and optimisation of end-to-end procurement operations, including S2P/P2P, contract management, and service delivery. Improve procurement systems (Oracle, SAP, Coupa), drive process automation and compliance, manage offshore teams and service providers, deliver reporting and analytics, and champion procurement policy, risk management and stakeholder engagement to uplift procurement maturity.

Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the national parcels network. Prospect, build pipelines, manage full sales cycle, design logistics solutions with commercial teams, negotiate contracts, deliver presentations, and lead onboarding to ensure long-term customer success.

Hands-on warehouse role loading/unloading freight, sorting, scanning and preparing shipments, operating forklift as needed, maintaining safe organised workspace, completing documentation, and supporting daily depot operations and customer reporting.
