Manage and grow a portfolio of small and medium business accounts across Australia. Build relationships via phone/video, handle enquiries, prospect and win new business, onboard customers, maintain Salesforce records, collaborate with operations and participate in sales campaigns and training.

Lead Sales Operations, CRM and commercial systems, sales planning and forecasting, performance reporting and analytics, sales enablement and incentive programs. Drive process improvement and operational excellence, lead a high-performing team, partner with Sales, Finance, Product, IT and Executive leaders to deliver commercial outcomes and transformation.

Plan and conduct compliance audits of subcontracted delivery partners to ensure adherence to NHVR, Chain of Responsibility, WHS and Modern Slavery requirements. Manage pre-qualification, onboarding, compliance documentation, investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement. Partner with Operations, Safety, Legal and Procurement and support regional travel as required.
