Drive operational excellence across a national palletised express network by analysing performance metrics, leading root-cause investigations, delivering operational reporting (DIFOT, capacity utilisation), and collaborating with branch managers and cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements and support transformation rollouts.

Support process improvement, knowledge management, and quality assurance for Priority Specialised Services. Document and analyse processes, develop knowledge repositories, run quality reviews, support change programs and UAT, and engage stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and better customer outcomes.

Partner with operational leaders across Priority Metro and Regional networks to deliver financial and operational insights. Lead forecasting, budgeting, performance reviews, financial modelling, and business cases to drive cost optimisation, productivity improvements, and commercial outcomes. Support transformation and value-creation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
