Provide proactive executive support to the GM and leadership team for Lifebroker: coordinate meetings, leadership rhythms, communications, events and strategic initiatives; manage confidential information; improve team processes; build cross-team relationships and enable senior leader effectiveness.

Manage a portfolio of TPD and life insurance claims, assess entitlement and liability per policy, maintain stakeholder engagement, deliver excellent customer communication, instruct third-party providers, and coach colleagues to improve case management and outcomes.

Lead design and delivery of training programs for contact centre and sales teams, identify capability gaps, enable adoption of new processes and technology, use data to drive improvement, ensure compliance and training governance, and partner with stakeholders through change.
