Teams at Supabase

Lead APAC support engineers as part of a global support leadership team. Provide technical guidance, runbooks, and coaching; handle escalations; collaborate with Product and Engineering to convert support signals into product improvements; participate in tickets to stay technically current; maintain shared standards and cross-timezone handoffs; join on-call lead rotation.

Operate and scale observability infrastructure: own Kubernetes for logging, tracing, and metrics; implement org-wide telemetry standards; run and scale VictoriaMetrics, OpenTelemetry Collector, and Vector; ensure high availability and reliability for internal and external stakeholders.

Drive adoption of Supabase by leading technical discovery, designing solutions, running proofs-of-value, onboarding, and providing ongoing architecture, database, and performance guidance for Team and Enterprise customers.
