Teams at Supabase

Drive APAC partner strategy and execution across integration, solution, cloud, marketplace, and startup partners. Identify and close new partners, localise global partnerships, enable co-selling/co-marketing, build regional pipelines, and represent Supabase at APAC events while coordinating with global function leads.

Lead APAC support engineers as part of a global support leadership team. Provide technical guidance, runbooks, and coaching; handle escalations; collaborate with Product and Engineering to convert support signals into product improvements; participate in tickets to stay technically current; maintain shared standards and cross-timezone handoffs; join on-call lead rotation.

Provide high-touch support to the CEO by managing calendar, inbox, travel, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and confidential communications. Partner across the company to improve coordination, anticipate needs, and enable executive decision-making in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
