Lead APAC support engineers as part of a global support leadership team. Manage full sales cycle for developer-first startups: run technical discovery, demo with Sales Engineers, align on business outcomes, build pipeline, and hit revenue targets while ensuring smooth onboarding.

Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, architect and optimize large-scale Postgres/Supabase deployments, lead migrations, advise on security/compliance and AI/vector workloads, drive executive engagement, and influence product roadmap while providing pre-sales technical support.
