Manage and coordinate customer projects from order intake to delivery, ensuring scope, quality, budget, and schedule. Provide technical engineering support, equipment configuration, design review, and project documentation. Interface with customers, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers. Support sales growth, promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across project activities.

Repair, rewind and maintain LV and HV electrical rotating machinery (motors and generators). Assemble/disassemble equipment, perform static/dynamic testing and balancing, order parts, follow supervisor directions, and attend onsite field repairs as required while maintaining safety standards.
