Provides senior-level application support for Charles River investment management software. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, root-cause analysis, configuration, database administration, SQL and performance tuning, workaround testing, third-party integration support, customer training, issue tracking, documentation, and peer mentoring. The role requires financial markets knowledge, periodic off-hours support, and up to 5% annual travel.

Provide Level 3 technical support for complex CRIMS issues, leading critical incident response, troubleshooting logs and databases, root-cause analysis, defect reproduction, workaround design, and engineering escalations. Create evidence packs, Jira defects, runbooks, monitoring requirements, and operational controls while supporting hotfixes and new-product readiness. The role requires strong SQL, application support experience, financial-services knowledge, communication skills, and periodic off-hours support.

Provides Level 3 technical support for complex CRIMS issues, leading Sev1 incidents, advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, defect reproduction, workaround design, and engineering escalations. Analyzes logs, database state, configuration, integrations, and performance; creates Jira defects, supports hotfixes, develops runbooks, defines monitoring controls, and improves operational readiness. The role requires financial-services technology experience, strong SQL and scripting skills, and periodic off-hours support.
