Provides client-facing production management, administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, performance tuning, patching, upgrades, and operational support for Charles River IMS investment management systems. Responsibilities include database administration, user privileges, disaster recovery assistance, client transitions, vendor coordination, service improvement, automation, and periodic out-of-hours support.

Owns end-to-end management of Sev1 and Sev2 incidents across the APAC SaaS environment. Coordinates technical and operational teams, assesses business impact, leads executive and client communications, manages escalations, maintains incident records, and chairs post-incident reviews. Drives root-cause analysis, problem management, corrective actions, operational readiness, and continuous improvement. The role requires major-incident command experience, ITIL knowledge, strong stakeholder communication, financial-services domain familiarity, and periodic off-hours support.

The Business Analyst will manage product development and support, translating business needs into application requirements, focusing on data management and governance, and working closely with technology teams.
