The L2 Systems Analyst manages Charles River IMS systems for clients, providing operational support, application management, and system optimization, ensuring high availability and performance.

Lead and coordinate Australian legal entity governance, regulatory deliverables, and operational resiliency; implement and monitor frameworks (outsourcing, BCP, third-party risk, impact tolerances); support regulatory reporting, board/committee reporting, and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement to meet APRA/ASIC expectations.

Implement, test, certify, configure and support FIX connections for Charles River Network clients. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, coordinate with clients, internal teams and vendors, perform broker compatibility testing/certification, maintain network services databases and documentation, provide periodic off-hours support, escalate complex issues to senior staff, and perform occasional on-site work.
