Provides inbound customer service to an existing membership base, handling enquiries, updating records, processing payments, explaining coverage, and resolving issues across multiple systems. Makes outbound retention calls to support membership renewals while following quality, compliance, and procedural standards. The role requires strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, attention to detail, shift availability, and completion of criminal history and reference checks.
