Processes payroll for three Australian and New Zealand business entities, including timekeeping, month-end and year-end activities. Maintains payroll databases, administers employee self-service systems, manages employee data, journals, tax payments, and payroll compliance. Handles payroll legislation, awards, reporting, payroll tax authorities, WorkCover, and employee queries. This permanent part-time hybrid role requires four days per week, with Mondays based in the Box Hill office.

Develop and execute product-based trade marketing promotions and customer-specific programs for professional and consumer channels. Analyze promotional and financial performance using Excel and AI, support account business plans, manage pricing and promotional SGM, and collaborate with sales, business, and product category teams to improve sales and profitability.
