Manage and lead the Central Sterilising Services Department to ensure reusable medical devices are cleaned, packed, sterilised and ready for patient care. Oversee CSSD team operations, loans equipment and sterile stores processes, maintain high-level disinfection standards, support the Nurse Unit Manager, and ensure compliance with health, safety and organisational values.

Provide perioperative nursing care at St Vincent's Fitzroy theatre unit, serving as scrub/scout for robotic and other surgeries. Support day-to-day theatre operations, engage stakeholders, work varied shifts (6/8/10 hours), and maintain patient safety. Comply with mandatory immunisations and background checks and participate in a collaborative, learning-focused team.
