Provide safe, efficient perioperative care in the Day Procedures Unit and operating theatres, managing patient flow from admission to discharge. Work with surgeons, anaesthetists, PACU and perioperative teams to perform clinical assessments, patient education, discharge planning, and ensure quality, safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Lead the 35‑bed Neuroscience ward, overseeing daily operations, clinical governance, staff development, resource management, and collaboration with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred care.

Provide perioperative nursing care at St Vincent's Fitzroy theatre unit, serving as scrub/scout for robotic and other surgeries. Support day-to-day theatre operations, engage stakeholders, work varied shifts (6/8/10 hours), and maintain patient safety. Comply with mandatory immunisations and background checks and participate in a collaborative, learning-focused team.
