Provide primary support, training, troubleshooting, and system enhancement assistance for Technology One TIMS across hospital theatres. Coordinate system upgrades, maintain master data and supplier information, update pricing, investigate data issues, and produce reports supporting revenue capture, consumables management, benchmarking, and rebates. Support purchasing, product creation, invoice matching, order management, integrations, billing, and stakeholder needs across the national healthcare network.

Leads solution, network, and application architects in developing secure, scalable technology strategies and architecture roadmaps. Drives architecture governance, design assurance, standards, technology blueprints, compliance, and continuous improvement. Partners with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to align investment and project delivery with organisational objectives. Requires extensive enterprise architecture experience, team leadership, broad technical expertise, and the ability to operate strategically across complex, multi-site environments.

Lead planning and delivery of multiple digital and technology projects, ensuring scope, budget, schedule and quality targets. Manage project documentation, financials, risks, stakeholders and vendors. Coach teams, enforce governance, coordinate resources and transition solutions into operations while maintaining stakeholder relationships and change management.
