Leads governance and delivery of a complex strategic portfolio, coordinating interdependent programs, prioritization, roadmaps, resources, risks, dependencies, benefits realization, and executive reporting. Establishes governance frameworks, facilitates steering committees, supports cross-functional delivery teams, ensures regulatory and audit compliance, and drives continuous improvement and post-implementation assessments. Requires substantial experience in financial services, wealth management, investments, or software delivery environments.

Support delivery of Australian fund tax compliance and reporting for investment funds. Prepare and review tax returns, investor statements, withholding and GST reporting, support onboarding, respond to stakeholders, assist process improvements, and ensure compliance with risk and governance requirements.

Manage and grow relationships with key client contacts in fund management, lead commercial and contractual engagements, drive client satisfaction and revenue growth, run capability workshops, resolve escalations, and coordinate internal teams to deliver fund administration and transfer agency services.
