Serve as the first point of contact for clients and financial advisers through phone, email, and web chat. Provide accurate support on superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions, resolve enquiries, maintain interaction records, collaborate toward performance targets, and uphold high service standards. Comprehensive training is provided, and no prior financial services experience is required.

Manages the IT risk and compliance control framework, including risk assessments, control assurance, audit coordination, regulatory alignment, cyber and third-party risk monitoring, business continuity, disaster recovery, KRIs, and senior-management reporting. The role supports compliance with APRA CPS 230, CPS 234, ASAE 3402, and ISO standards while coordinating remediation and influencing stakeholders across a regulated technology environment.

Administer and maintain Salesforce, including configuration, security, automation, reports, dashboards, data quality, troubleshooting, testing, releases, documentation, and integrations. The role gathers stakeholder requirements, delivers scalable system enhancements, supports users, and contributes to continuous improvement of Salesforce capabilities.
