Responsibilities include maintaining risk and control frameworks, designing and testing controls, coordinating audit readiness, managing incidents, tracking remediation, supporting regulatory compliance, and reporting risk insights. The role partners with business leaders, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Audit teams to strengthen governance, operational resilience, and risk culture within an Australian superannuation environment.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and financial advisers through phone, email, and web chat. Provide accurate support on superannuation, insurance, investments, and pensions; resolve enquiries, maintain interaction records, and collaborate with the team to meet service and performance targets.

Provides first-line support to investors and advisers through phone, email, messaging, and workflow systems. Resolves and escalates queries, maintains accurate records, performs outbound calls, monitors service levels, and meets customer satisfaction and response-time KPIs. The role requires strong communication, empathy, accuracy, complaints handling, compliance awareness, and proficiency with internal systems and Microsoft Office.
