Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and social selling to identify qualified merchant opportunities for Square. Manage and prioritize a business pipeline, understand merchant needs, present targeted solutions, meet or exceed monthly quotas, and document opportunities for Account Executives. The role requires Mandarin fluency, sales motivation, relationship-building skills, and residence within 50 miles of the Sydney or Melbourne offices.

Manages and prioritizes a business pipeline, uses solutions-based selling to address merchant needs, documents opportunities, meets monthly quotas, and passes qualified leads to Account Executives. Requires English and Mandarin proficiency, strong sales motivation, and residence within 50 miles of the office.

Own a local territory through field-based prospecting, business visits, product demonstrations, consultative selling, and full-cycle deal closure. Build pipeline through door-to-door outreach, events, networking, referrals, and partnerships. Develop relationships with local businesses, advise restaurants, retailers, and service providers, coordinate onboarding, maintain Salesforce records, forecast accurately, and consistently exceed sales quotas.
