Provides administrative and coordination support to the Customer Growth and Campaigns team. Responsibilities include managing campaign schedules, briefs, workflows, purchase orders, invoices, budgets, stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, documentation, compliance records, and incoming marketing requests. The role tracks deadlines, actions, risks, and priorities while identifying process improvements and ensuring marketing activities run smoothly.

Lead burial and horticulture teams across cemetery sites, overseeing daily operations, safety, workforce planning, performance, customer service, budgets, reporting, projects and capital works. Drive continuous improvement, stakeholder collaboration and operational excellence while developing a positive, high-performing team culture. The role requires visible leadership in an outdoor, field-based environment and a strong focus on workplace health, safety and wellbeing.

Provide empathetic consultative sales and customer service to families and funeral directors purchasing memorial products. Manage enquiries through documentation and finalization, prepare quotes, invoices, deeds, and orders, maintain accurate CRM and ERP records, and ensure compliance. Build trusted relationships, handle sensitive interactions professionally, support team onboarding, and identify service improvements.
