Maintains and enhances a clinical software portfolio based on regulations, guidelines, customer needs, and market requirements. Researches software issues, tests solutions, performs quality control, manages policies and procedures, and provides expert escalation support. The role also supports classification systems, trains colleagues and customers, assists sales and marketing, participates in customer demonstrations, and manages cross-functional projects. Requires substantial Health Information Management expertise, clinical coding knowledge, and software development team experience.

As a Solution Advisor - Coding, you will partner with clients to optimize workflows, advocate for customer needs, and monitor client satisfaction while ensuring best practices in coding and health information management.

Drive strategic growth across Australia and New Zealand by developing territory and account plans, building pipeline for software/SaaS/AI and consulting offerings, leading complex enterprise sales cycles, negotiating contracts and RFPs, engaging executive and clinical stakeholders, and collaborating cross-functionally to support healthcare digital transformation.
