Lead customer implementations and integrations for Solera products: gather requirements, design configuration and test strategies, provide technical API integration expertise, collaborate with product/sales/training teams, deliver training and 3rd-level support, and support pre/post-sales activities.

Provide L3 support and lead 24x7 on-call operations for critical customer-facing applications. Troubleshoot and harden multi-tier web applications and middleware, consolidate caching/message brokers, centralize logging, deploy automation (GitHub/Ansible), tune performance, migrate/cloud-to-on-prem work, and implement proactive monitoring (NewRelic/Graylog). Collaborate with development and architecture teams to reduce downtime, improve redundancy, document systems, and automate repetitive tasks across a global product portfolio.

The Client Training Consultant is responsible for installing, configuring, and training clients on the Hollander software suite, while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely project delivery.
