Provides strategic financial and commercial leadership across client portfolios, including profitability management, budgeting, forecasting, commercial modelling, tenders, contract reviews, business cases, risk mitigation, reporting, and profit improvement. Partners with senior stakeholders, clients, and site managers to drive growth, financial governance, operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role also provides financial coaching, supports month-end reporting, and conducts periodic site visits.

Leads strategic business development across Australia, driving pipeline growth, complex tender and bid management, contract negotiation, strategic account expansion, and successful mobilisation of new contracts. Builds sector networks, develops market-entry strategies, influences senior stakeholders, manages BD budgets, partners with Marketing and Operations, and provides leadership and coaching to the business development function.
