Provide technical support to APAC customers through ticket resolution, troubleshooting integrations, analyzing logs and JSON payloads, and reproducing issues. Escalate well-documented bugs to Engineering, explain security and dependency risks, create runbooks and Zendesk macros, and identify recurring issues for Product and Customer Engineering. The role requires developer workflow knowledge, basic scripting ability, strong written communication, Australia-based availability, and rotational on-call participation.
