The role provides full training, uncapped commissions, paid accommodation for FIFO-style assignments, and promotion opportunities. Candidates need strong communication skills, enthusiasm, full Monday-to-Friday availability, and Australian working rights. Hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome.
